Skirt/Flank Steak

Flank Steak

  • 2-1/2 lbs. flank steak
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • ¼ c. Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic glove, minced
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine

Marinate all ingredients in glass pan or plastic bag for 24 hours. Grill 10 minutes per side or less, on medium heat.
